Strategy helps you get clear on your business, who you serve, what problems you help them with and how you communicate that with them. The clearer you are on this already, the less you need to spend on it.

Branding is more than just a logo. It's how your business looks, feels and sounds to your customers. Think about where people will be exposed to your brand and logo: website, social media, signage, products or packaging. The more 'touch points' there are, the more time and money you should spend on getting it right.

Web design is where we build your brand's home. No matter what else you do, this will always be one of your most important pieces of marketing because you have complete control over it. If you're new in business, have a small budget but plenty of time we'll give you guidance on how to create content for the site yourself. If you're really busy or want more professional help writing and curating content, you'll want to spend more.

Maintenance is too often overlooked by small businesses. Unfortunately websites aren't a one-off job. If you don't keep them updated and maintained, parts of your site might stop working properly and you'll become increasingly vulnerable to hackers. If you want your site to perform well, it will need regular content updates, examining how visitors interact with the site and testing refinements and improvements.
